Material Supply & Delivery Terms

Weighment Standards:

• Aggregates & Sand: Supplied either by standard volumetric measurement (1 Brass = 100 cubic feet / approx. 2.83 cu.m) or by Metric Ton as certified by digital weighbridge.
• Weighbridge Slip: Every dumper is dispatched with a computerized gross, tare, and net weighbridge slip stamped by the source plant weighment scale.
• Site Verification: The site supervisor or purchaser has the right to inspect the vehicle seal, load level, and weighment slip prior to unloading.

Vehicle Approach & Clearance:

• Material delivery is conducted via heavy commercial dumpers (ranging from 1 Brass mini-dumpers up to 10-wheeler / 12-wheeler heavy trucks).
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring clear road access, minimum 15 to 20 feet approach road width, and clearance from low overhead electrical cables or tree branches.
• In case a dumper cannot enter the site due to road blockage or soil instability, delivery will be completed at the nearest motorable hard ground with supervisor concurrence.

Unloading Demurrage:

Standard dumper turnaround time allowed on site is 45 minutes for hydraulic tipping and 2 hours for manual labor unloading. Excessive detention beyond allowed hours may attract vehicle demurrage at standard transport rates.

Payment Options:

• Pay on Site Delivery (Cash / UPI to Driver): The preferred and standard payment method. Once the vehicle arrives and the weighbridge slip is inspected, the site supervisor pays the exact bill amount to the authorized vehicle driver.
• Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS): Pre-payment directly to our business current account prior to vehicle departure from the plant. Transaction UTR must be shared with the dispatch coordinator.
• No Payment Gateway Charges: We do not route customer payments through third-party consumer gateways, ensuring zero transaction surcharges for construction sites.

• VSI Crush Sand: Produced through Vertical Shaft Impactors to achieve cubical shape, graded per IS 383 Zone II specifications.
• Khadi & Aggregates (10mm, 20mm, 40mm): Hard basalt stone machine-crushed, screened, free from excessive dust, organic matter, or clay.
• Cement (UltraTech, JK Cement): Factory sealed 50kg HDPE bags carrying official ISI mark, test certificates, and manufacturing week code.

• Orders can be modified or cancelled free of charge up until the dumper is loaded and dispatched from the quarry.
• If material delivered deviates substantially from ordered specifications (e.g. wrong aggregate fraction), the site engineer must notify the dispatch desk before dumping so a replacement can be coordinated immediately.
